Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from Sweden. Delivery to EU countries typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Smaller prints are carefully and with love printed and packaged by me in my little studio. All prints are packaged to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and I will arrange a replacement or refund.

I currently ship to Sweden and EU countries only.

Return & Refund Policy

As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive).

To exercise this right, contact me at art@anastasiavolfson.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to return the item in its original condition at your own cost. Once I receive the return, I will issue a full refund within 14 days.

Custom or personalised prints are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

If your print arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with a photo and I will resolve it promptly.
